More About Me

A Little About Jerri...

Everyone wants, needs and deserves to be heard when buying or selling real estate.  After all, a home is one of the biggest investments we ever make in this life.  I am fully aware of this and am dedicated to providing exceptional service and guidance to my clientele along their home journey.  I listen to my clients, treating their needs and wants as my own, and at whatever stage of life in which they find themselves.  Whether it's helping you get TOP DOLLAR when you sell your home, or helping you secure the best deal on your dream home, it's all about YOU.

Growing up in Alabama, I watched my father build homes for family and friends in his spare time.  Everything I learned from him became the foundation for my love and passion for real estate.  My college experience began at the University of Montevallo in Alabama as a piano major. Deciding at the time that a degree was needed that could pay the bills, I switched to a business major and ultimately graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BS in Accounting.  My strong entrepreneurial spirit led me to obtain the Certified Public Accountant designation in 1996.  I have an extensive background in business, serving the public for 11 years as a CPA with a vibrant tax and small business support practice.

What a blessing it was when my husband's career brought us to Knoxville in 2016!  I immediately fell in love with this city!  It is my great pleasure to welcome people who are moving here from other parts of the country and brag about our mild climate, the beauty of the Smoky Mountains, and the genuine friendliness of the people of East Tennessee.  I want everyone to know they can truly live their BEST LIFE here.

In my spare time (what's that?!), I help my husband Barry manage our lavender farm, Henry's Haven. We are the proud pet parents of a big hearted English bulldog Moose, a playful shih tzu Gino, and 7 happy egg-laying hens.  I also enjoy volunteering at The Love Kitchen, delivering meals weekly to those in our area who are homebound.
